Refund policy

All sales on Fusion Scale Graphics are final.

If you have an issue with your order please contact support withing 3 days of receiving of your order so that we can evaluate the issue.

Multiple Orders
We are unable to combine, modify or add to orders after they have been placed. Prior to finalizing your order, review your shopping cart to assure you have ordered the correct scale, quantity, etc.

Custom Printing Orders
All print files are printed as is as submitted when the order is placed. Fusion Scale Graphics will make no changes to the artwork submitted (if deemed necessary for any reason we may rearrange a sheet, we will not be held responsible for any incorrectly/missing or other related issue to printed graphics for any reason even if we need to rearrange your sheet). All custom print sales are final and are non-refundable and non-cancelable for any reason. 

In the event an order is placed for custom printing and the file is larger than the purchased sheet, Fusion Scale Graphics will print the file as is which may result in parts of the file being cut off. Fusion Scale Graphics at its deaccession may also rearrange the sheet so it will ether fit the ordered sheet size or fit more of the page. Fusion Scale Graphics at its discretion may also issue an invoice for the remaining balance due plus an administration fee of no less than $5. 

In the event an order is placed that does not meet our printing requirements, Fusion Scale Graphics reserves the right to ether print the supplied information as is as suppled; or Fusion Scale Graphics may cancel the order with a 25% cancelation fee.

Cancelations
We do not accept order cancelations at any time. We strive to fulfill orders as fast as possible, canceling orders will slow our fulfillment times

Refused / Returned Delivery
If a package is refused and returned, no credit will be issued for the order. If you would like the package to be reset to you, secondary shipment charges will be invoiced and must be paid before the package will be sent out again. 

Incorrect Address
We are not liable for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please ensure you verify your information at checkout before submitting your order. 

Paint Colors
Fusion Scale Graphics is not liable for inaccuracy's or color differences in paints that are offered on this website. Fusion Scale Graphics offers a digital screen preview to provide a rough idea as to what the color is, due to the nature of digital screens, color will always be different and will not be a true representation of the actual color. Some paint brands may also have differences in colors based on the batch they were from. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return if deemed necessary, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If desired we can also offer the value amount towards a gift card. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
